Colman
Whether you are relaxing on the decks or gathering in the great room, the Colman will accommodate the whole family comfortably. Open the door and immediately feel welcomed by simple elegance. On the first floor you will find a queen master and twin bedroom, each with a full bath. Go up to the second floor to the expansive living room, dining area, kitchen, and king master bedroom with jacuzzi. Another twin master bedroom on the second level makes the Colman perfect for two families. Extensive decks offer wonderful entertaining space as well as magnificent views. A screened porch with table and chairs allows for enjoying the outdoors while protecting you from the elements. Enjoy all the Ships Watch amenities like the pool and hot tub, children's playground, tennis, and Soundside Pier. A short walk on the Ships Watch private walking/biking path will take you to the Atlantic Ocean or the quaint Village of Duck.

Your Ships Watch home is completely furnished when you arrive. Fresh bed and bath linens, complete gourmet kitchen with Jenn Air grill, state-of-the-art entertainment system with wet bar and fireplace. For the beach, umbrellas and beach chairs are provided, as well as beach towels, for your convenience. Additional Ships Watch amenities include a solar heated Olympic size swimming pool, children's pool, hot tub, championships tennis courts, basketball court, and children's playground.
