    Over the years, owners and guests have shared their family vacations at Ships Watch. We continue to see generation after generation grow up in Ships Watch, as families celebrate birthdays, graduations, weddings and reunions. Weekly picnics give owners the opportunity to meet their neighbors and share family memories with one another. Adults and children alike, enjoy our weekly summer activities from catching their first fish to making their own t-shirt to take home as a souvenir.
  3. ACTIVITIES
    All year long, we offer brunches and/or picnics to homeowners and our guests, to mingle and get to know one another. In the summer month’s we offer a wide variety of activities for the whole family including a scavenger week around Duck, movie night with popcorn, learning to tie dye t-shirts, surf fishing, crabbing and much more.
  4. DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS
    Our boarded beach walkway makes getting to the beach easy. Built in seating on the dune top deck at the end of the walkway is a great place to sit and watch the sun rise over the ocean, makes for a place to take great family portraits or just listen to the waves crashing on the shore as you catch a breeze. Golf cart and regular parking is only available to owners and guests, so you can enjoy less crowded beaches and there is always a place just for you.
  5. COMMUNITY FACILITIES
    Pristine beaches, is one of the many attractions to the Outer Banks. Our community offers far beyond the beach. Golf cart rentals are available for owners and our guests alike, so you can get around the Ships Watch with ease. The bathhouse located at the pavilion has his/her restrooms with showers so you can be assured a the little ones. Our Soundfront offers a boat launch and pier for soundside activities.
  6. SPACIOUS HOMES
    Ships Watch offers spacious, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes with 12 different floor plans to choose from. All floor plans feature a fireplace, kitchen appliances including a wine fridge, a wet bar with ice maker and spacious bedrooms and master suites, so there is plenty of room for the entire family. No need to bring along any beach essentials, as each home is supplied with beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers and beach towels for your beach vacation.
  7. CLEANLINESS
    All of our homes are well-maintained and receive a thorough clean between each check-in. Our housekeeping department provides a complimentary starter kit, beds are made with fresh linens and fresh towels are placed in each bathroom before your arrival. If you need additional linens or towels, our on-housekeeping staff will have them delivered to you.
  8. YEAR ROUND STAFF/SERVICE
    Our staff is here to make every part of your stay a relaxing one. Our on-site maintenance staff assures that your stay is hassle free of small things like replacing light bulbs same day reported, or if you have an appliance or TV go out during your stay we strive to repair or replace . We also offer concierge services so let us schedule you a day at the spa, book dinner reservations at your favorite restaurant or line up a chef for dinner during your stay.
