The Dare County Arts Council gallery is dedicated to featuring North Carolina artists whose works are available for sale to the general public. We have a great gallery shop in Manteo on Roanoke Island in the Outer Banks with original art for everyone, no matter what your budget. (Note: the DCAC site is currently being renovated.)

Duck Volunteer Fire Department is located on the Northern Outer Banks of North Carolina in the Town of Duck. The Town has a year-round population of 520 which increases to over 20,000 during the peak season months of April through October. Duck has a full-time chief, a part-time maintenance person, and 25 volunteer firefighters to serve the Town's residents in the event of an emergency.
